Common Questions

What equipment do I need?

Ideally having access to a fully equipped gym gives us the most variety to work with. There are options to substitute exercises within the program to work with the equipment you have access to. Equipment used in the program includes dumbbells, barbell or trap bar, bench, resistance bands or cables, space for sprinting, jumping and agility drills.

Can I do this in-season?

Yes. You can do a reduced-volume option for in-season athletes to maintain performance without burnout.

Is it a one-time payment?

Yes. One-time purchase of $99 — no subscription, no hidden fees.

How is it delivered?

Through our Trainerize app — The program is complete with videos and descriptions for each exercise, progress tracking for sets, reps, weights, physical attributes, and feedback. The app lays out the program in a schedule for the athletes to follow. This is also where athletes can reach out directly to Joe for questions or insight on movement execution or any other questions they have.

How long are the workouts?

45–60 minutes including warm-up and mobility. Conditioning can be added separately or combined. The goal is to approach training like a skill so, it is better to be fresh to maintain a high standard of movement quality.

Can I get help if I get stuck?

Yes. You can message Coach Joe directly in the app for feedback or guidance.

Do I need to be in top shape to start?

No. The program meets you where you’re at and progresses safely week by week. It starts with a general physical prep phase anticipating that most athletes will have had some time off training. It is the best way to build the foundation for the following phases and ultimately the upcoming season.

What if I don’t see results?

If you’ve followed the plan and don’t see progress, I’ll help troubleshoot personally or refund you.
