Joe LaLeune is the founder of Built For Lacrosse and the creator of the 14-Week Built For Lacrosse Strength & Conditioning Program, built to develop stronger, faster, more skilled, and more durable lacrosse athletes.
He works with players across club, varsity, and provincial levels, helping them improve shooting mechanics, dodging, athleticism, confidence, and overall performance in both box and field lacrosse.
